How to fix leavebuster

I haven't been play leauge for very long and i still have lots to learn, however one of the biggest problems ive had is leavebuster. I think that leavebuster, while fulfiling its role, can get very annoying. Now you may say "well you shouldent leave if you dont want leave buster" but the thing is, i've never purposly left the game out of pure salt or rage. I always continue playing even if im tilted so far ive made a complete circle. The main reason i have leave buster is because my parents turn off the wifi or i have to go somewhere. For this i want to create the permission to leave option. If a player has to leave a vote goes up and everyone votes on if he should be able to leave or not. If tbe vote is yes then there client quits and to replace them a bot can be used. If this is to happen riot has to make a lot tougher bots. I also have a somewhat reverse idea as well. The kick vote. Lets say a player is being cancerous and/or feeding. Then someone votes to kick that player and a vote goes up for the team. If voted yes the player is kicked punished (up to rito's imagination) and a bot is sent to replace them. Easy as that.

Managing when you have time play the game is entirely your responsibility. This should not be a vote because that just makes the punishment based on how well they accept your story. Make up a good one and you can get away with leaving.

Bots would be worse than being 4v5. They would need to be massively overhauled to be even remotely usable, they also have to be specifically scalable to every single MMR level, accurately. I didn't queue up to play with bots, I queued up to play with people.

You need to find a way to stop leaving games. Ask your parents before every game if you have time or something. You are not collateral damage, this is exactly the kind of thing leaverbuster exists for.

I used to queue up for a game even though I knew I just had 45 mins to play. That didn't go well.

Ever since dominion / ARAM came out, I would play those instead if I'm short on time.

If I have even less time than that, I'll start a custom game and practice CSing for 10 mins.

Nowadays, unless I have 1 hr & 15 mins (ish) to play, I won't even queue for Summoner's Rift.
