The people permabanned for behavior related issues were already given at least one second chance if not more than that. Why should a company allow someone to continue playing their game if the player has proven time and again to not care about anyone but themselves?

They have tried this in the past; however, most players were banned shortly thereafter.

They're called 10-game chat restrict, 25-game chat restrict and 14-day ban.
