how i think reporting could work possibly just an idea

so recently i played a ranked game where the support kept bming everyone while she died because of her own playstyle after about three deaths she was blaming me for not ganking her lane understandable then she does what i deem unacceptable she blames everyone on the team then run mids and feeds after stating she was going to feed i think if someone states that they are going to feed then goes and does so afterwards theyre should be atleast a 2 day ban on they're account if you don;t play ranked to win and intentionly feed when your teams doing bad you shouldnt be allowed to play ranked or something cause ive played this game since s4 and i almost quit playing because of this i expect it in norms not in ranked where people who actually care about thier mmr as oppose to casual players who just go and int because they cant keep up with the skill level required to play this game just a thought excuse my grammar
