I GOT BANNED FOR SCRIPTING AND I DID NOTHING

Hello, Just today I went up to login in my League of Legends account,and I was confronted with a Permanent Ban for use of malicious modifications to my League of Legends. Im surprised because I didn't nothing that was similiar to this, and I have no idea how to do stuff like this. The one thing that I did that was probably incorrect about this subject was when 2 months ago I had installed a program to try out skins (MK JOGO) but a friend of mine told me that the use of that program could get me a ban, I uninstalled it imediatly , the other thing that I did lately was participating in a League of Legends tournament, on which i got 2nd place, and received 1200 RP, and a 4 game IP boost, but does that deserve a permanent ban? And also I never shared my account with anyone else, a part from 1 or 2 times that I let a friend of mine ZileanUltedJesus to let him try out a champion, but does that deserve a perma Please check was happened for me, because I've been playing this game for almost 4 years, and I never used any modifications, I don't think that I deserve to lose an account on which I spent so many hours of my life, and so much money.
