[ARAM] Increased punishment for dodging

It has become the standard for ARAM that if you want to dodge, you do it at the last possible moment. Dodging if you dislike your champion in a random selection mode is questionable to begin with and this behaviour is nothing more than being as annoying as possible for the other players queuing with them. The current ban to joining games after dodging is 15min for the first, 30min for the second and an hour for every dodge after. In order to be effective they need to be at least four times as much.

You might think that I'm making this much bigger than it actually is but dodging is a fairly regular occurrence in ARAM. The wasted time adds up fairly quickly if you happen to get a bunch of dodgers in a row and I cannot see an actual downside to increasing the penalty to 1h / 2h / 4h.

15min is a long time, game wise it make like 100% you wont play with that person again. a hour long might be too taxing for new players 15min sets a good time restriction that still keeps people interested in the game

Instead, I just think that dodging ARAM at champ select should put you in "low priority ARAM queue." Just like leaving summoner's rift games will put you in low-priority queue for Summoner's Rift. Its "ALL RANDOM," dodging due to not getting the champion you want definitely needs to be more harsh.

I just don't understand why people dodge in ARAM. They have the re roll system for a reason. I like to play different champs, sometimes I play them in 5s right after an ARAM. I think its just dumb.

That being said, I don't think ARAM deserves any sort of special punishment. However if you do dodge in ARAM then you still lose 3 LP for Ranked and it will count as a loss in your series. So that's good at least....
