permanent chat bans

Now we all know what perma banes are and if you don't it means your account is permanently banned so you cant play league of legends on that account forever. you may be perma banned for say trolling or cheating now for those there is nothing you can do but perma ban them but a lot of people get perma banned for toxicity and this is a problem in league of legends no one likes a toxic player on there team because it hurts teams morale it is just flat out annoying and many other reasons. so league of legends perma banes them if they keep doing it after many short term banes and warnings which is understandable but i believe there is another way to fix this problem permanently banning there chat. meaning you cannot type in the chat box forever on your league of legends account. meaning you cant be toxic because you cant talk problem solved in my opinion. i understand being toxic is terrible and should be without a doubt a bannable offence but that means all the hard work optional money spent into this account is now worthless and gone the user will either quit league or start a new account which is not very fun grinding from level 1 to 30 also doing that without a lot of your favorite champions that then must be bought with ip or rp. i understand being toxic should be something you get banned for but why not just remove there chatting privileges this means they cant talk or be toxic without you removing there account and taking away all the hard work and optional money they put into the account again i am not saying being toxic is something that should be allowed i'm saying being perma banned for this is something that can be avoided not only by just not being toxic but taking away there chat privileges which is sure something a lot of players will prefer over being perma banned without a doubt solving all the problems with toxic perma banes in my opinion.
