Finally the issue has been resolved and I was unbanned, for all those saying I deserved it guess this proves that even riot makes mistakes c:

Did you get banned for quoting someone saying something? Or did the system read your report box where you typed "He said (insert word here)" and trigger?
[slayer-pantheon-thumbs] riotgames. i rarely give you a thumps up but damn man. its nice to know that the support actually legit checks into it instead of just copy pasting answers and telling you they looked into it.
but since this guy seems to like shaco theres also the chance that he is just crazy... just kidding.

They actually did something right? I guess the boss or an investor must have been in the room. It's rare to see them actually read and investigate anything....most of the time its just arbitrary banning. >>
LOL dude got banned for QUOTING someone harassing him, and telling the harasser that what he said (in quotes) is reportable.
AND THEN RIOT TRIES TO BUY HIS SILENCE WITH 5 CHESTS AND KEYS AFTER ADMITTING THAT THEIR BROKEN SYSTEM MAY BAN HIM AGAIN FOR THE SAME REASON IF HE ISN'T MORE CAREFUL.

Don't let this go so easily bro...seriously, they need to fucking fix their broken ass system and stop buying people's silence so they can continue masquerading around manipulated stats to keep the wool pulled over the majority's eyes.
That's nice to know. It's even nicer knowing that you got somewhat compensated with the 5 chests and keys, potentially a lot of free nice stuff!
You know, if riot would actually sit down and fix their player behavior triggers in their system.. they wouldn't have to do this.. although, you have to let us know what you got out of your free chests :D

I was banned for 14 days for quoting someone saying an offensive word to me too and was told it was still a righteous ban without any previous chat restrictions either and now I am permanently banned at the moment hoping to get that resolved as it was way overboard given the non harsh things I said :/ . But anyways, congratz on the unban and 5 hextech cartes/keys ;)

Same happened to me just now, got 14 day ban for 1 game where gragas told me to kill myself and i just said "kys ????" "im gonna kys" (it was i typo, was too frustrated cuz i got trolled). Just sent a ticket but i think it wont work.. Meh
