Mute Pings of Abusive Players

Can we please have the ability to mute the pings of certain players in our game? This happens more often in lower elo, where I play (Gold)- and people when they get frustrated just spam pings because it can't be muted. It is one of the most triggering things in the game. I understand that RIOT doesn't want to discourage player to player communication, but I feel like if you trigger that red text that says, "You can't issue anymore pings," more than a few times during a game, I should get the option to mute it. My only other solution to this has been to mute the game sound entirely, which punishes other players because one person can't handle theirself. I know I can't be the only other person that runs into this thing, and it seems like such an easy fix, too. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
