Hacked Account Troll

So, the other day, I went to log in to League and apparently had received a 14-day ban on my account for feeding in two different ranked matches. The only problem is that I didn't play those matches. Whoever hacked my account purchased multiple boots and went 0/16 the first game and 0/23 in the second game. Is there anything that can be done to help me out? I already changed my password, but I want my account back to play and not have to wait 2 weeks.
