Smurfing

So I really tire of playing ranked and getting put against people who "smurf". I don't care if you do it in normals but it is absurd that a diamond level player is playing in a ranked bronze league. Bronze is hell enough as it is without someone who far beyond anyone else's skill level. I get that high level players need to be able to test out new champs without negatively impacting their rank, but there is no reason for them to be playing ranked in lower elo's. I get there there is a degree of learning from playing against tougher opponents, but when your team just dies to that person over and over, the only lesson to learn is stay away from them that game. Just a bit of frustration.
