bots in aram and normals and how to fix this

so im leveling up and it hits me iv had so many games where it turns out that its me with 9 bots in a normal or aram match those of you who dont know and will probably start saying well death how do you know there bots.... there are hints....first off they rarely use abilities they either never speak or repeat the same lines over and over.... they will get oracles on aram without there being a need no teemo eve or shaco on either team....you know little things like that....now iv been wracking my brain on a few options that riot could actualy turn this around and possibly get rid of these botting players alltogether..,...

first option= an ingame capture if everyplayer dosent anser or corre tly or even trys then the game ends and each player that didnt answer or got it wrong gets a 15-30 minute timeout or even a day ban and the more it happens the longer it goes....now i understand this could be abused by trolls....

second option= after so many reports for cheating or useing a bot the player would be brought up on tribunal and then if deccided they might get an ip ban...

these are just 2 ideas....i know some of you are going to bash me for complaining but bots will ruin the game more so than most of riots choices....imagine you 4 bots vrs a 5 man premade tell me you wouldnt complain. also rip Poppy we miss your diplomacy

reason why bots are still around is because there is no effective measure against them. Your first option will not pick out bots but will punish those who /muteall because they can't stand with toxicity. Second option is too lenient as one report should suffice for permanent ban, and ip ban does nothing, hence Riot don't consider that.

So far the most effective suggestions thrown out there are:

  1. Making account will cost you $. A hundred account gets generated whenever they ban one botter, but if account generation is no longer free then banning them will actually mean something. However, this will ruin one of league's biggest appeal and hence not considered.
  2. Implement captcha. If player fails to respond correctly then end the game and suspend the player. The issue is ppl make mistakes; they might be real ppl but happen to answer incorrectly and mistaken as a bot. Also botters can still answer captcha then go afk once game starts, so ultimately it doesn't prevent botting.
