Have you guys ever thought about implementing a system that would remove people you report from your queue? Or do i have to block them?
I have had multiple games with people who are less than savory players, who then are in my immediate game after.

No, and even blocking them doesn't prevent you from being grouped with them again.
I would imagine they are not in a hurry to segment their playerbase in such extreme fashion
eventually u can never get in game (if every single person is reported xD)
you can always just search their op.gg and keep hitting f5 until it says live game or 4 minuets have passed.
