Discussion around two week suspension

So I recently got 2 week suspended and these are the chat logs that show up on my reform card when I log in. The last time I remember being punished was a long time ago and it was a couple games chat restrictions. Is this enough to warrant me going from chat restrictions to a ban?

Continuously making racially charged comments could escalate you in punishment tiers. Comments based on race/nationality have no place in League and are inappropriate.

For confirmation of why you were punished, it's best to submit a support ticket, as while I have my opinion as to why this was escalated, I cannot tell you an official answer as I'm just a volunteer here.
