I was banned and I have no Idea why

I was just perma banned from league of legends. My Account was recently hacked and spam messaged all my friends about elitesmurfs.com, but I submitted a ticket to get my old username back, Changed my password, changed my password to my email, and switched emails linked to my account. A few days after my account was restored by a riot staffer, my account was permanently suspended. I tried to log in and it said to check my email for information about the ban. There is no email. I have no idea why I was banned the email was never sent. I need help.
