New Champ Select Report

I apologize if this has been brought up before.

One of the greatest flaws with the report system is that players tend to forget crappy things a player did as a game progresses. This is mostly true of champ select. So often, players are trolling throughout champ select because they've been given a roll they don't like and are trying to force others to dodge. This behavior is despicable. It is also rarely noticed or punished. Usually someone else will dodge and be punished or the game will play out and people will forget who the asshole was in the first place. There needs to be a way to penalize players with BM SPECIFICALLY in champ select so that they know you need to be polite the ENTIRE game.

It has been brought up before and none of the suggestions were possible. It's fine to bring up an idea but you should also bring up how to actually implement.

For example, I can say I want auto filled gone by increasing the number of support players. That's great but HOW do we do that?

I don't imagine this being a tough thing to implement. The champ select and match end screens are very similar. Just throw a report option into the last 20 seconds during the "choose your loadout" time.

read the other thousands of posts about this, it is explained by many users that it would be abused by parties to get out of losing games or worse to simply troll the rando 3 man would say xyz is troll player 5 would believe it 4 man report on xyz for no reason and game remakes at his fault
