I feel like there is more to the story then just this. Pre and post game chat do not show up in the chat logs but are considered for punishment.

However if this is all there is I would put in a support ticket.

I hope you get this sorted out because that really wasn't toxic.

If you're unsure as to the reason behind a ban, you can send a ticket in to Player Support and they'll help you out.
