What a flame, 2 weeks account suspended for "you are bad adc". I feel like there is more to the story then just this. Pre and post game chat do not show up in the chat logs but are considered for punishment.

However if this is all there is I would put in a support ticket.

I hope you get this sorted out because that really wasn't toxic.

dont waste your time. the answer will be a copy pasted sounding like this "a human looked into it and we sadly cant tell you more but the ban is deserved and will not be removed". here i answered on your support ticket, np.

Unless it's 3rd party software ban, which in that case they would cut the communication a great deal. Otherwise, they usually are quite open to discuss.

Auto generated responses usually only lasts 2 back and forth, beyond that you would know it's clearly a human typing to you.

Bans would be reviewed if enquired through support ticket, if deemed to be a product of system error, it will be lifted.

If the answer is already set and there is no more room for exploration and discussion (such as when a banned is reviewed and believed to be justified), then they would have to repeat to you with the same thing when you enquire them on the same matter.

Idk what to say, if you show up to a Chinese restaurant while asking for pasta then obviously they will give you the same answer again and again.

If you're unsure as to the reason behind a ban, you can send a ticket in to Player Support and they'll help you out.

Was it a 3rd party use ban in your case? That one they CAN'T tell more about for security reasons, but they do go ahead and double check their data.

i never had a (perma)ban (yea i had chatrestricts month ago) a friend got his acc permabanned and after he told me thats the answer he got i tried it for fun. send in a ticket with basically NOTHING in it and also got that copy paste answer.

They don't do e-mails anymore. All chat logs can be recieved when logging into the account now.

Plus it used to be the other way around. Mails only had one log in them (to avoid them becoming too large), client always showed all of them.

You'd be surprised by a few odd bans. I've seen a player get 5 game chat banned for saying "You're such an idiot haha" to the person he was pre-made with (Real life friend) because another player thought he was being toxic. Even though they were just joking around between each other no problem.

Context and automation can cause a few hicups here and there.
