Ok so i just played 10 games to get out of my chat restriction. Now that i dont have it anymore, I still am not able to earn rewards fragments and chests and "other positive player rewards". Does this mean i wont be able to earn End of Season rewards like the trimmed banner? Thanks for your help!
No. Your inability to earn hextech loot does not affect your ability to earn the end of season rewards.
If this chat restriction is the only behavioral punishment you have received, then as long you finish it before the season ends (which you have) and you don't receive any behavioral bans/suspensions that are longer than 7 days, then you will still be able to receive the end of season rewards.
