Haven't played in a while and was updating masteries/rune pages and what not and notice that the word "support" is censored from being in the title of one of my mastery pages... seems like a mistake. Also, it's obviously not that big of a deal but still kind of odd.

They aren't manually adding words. They programmed it to automatically censor. They do not program what words it decides to censor. It's also been randomly censoring words, without being programmed to do so, it's a bug, they aren't purposely putting these things in.

They still programmed it to censor certain words (based on what, I don't know, I have no info on the actual program). The censor program didn't magically go "Oh, I should start auto-censoring words!", it still needs human interaction. So you saying that the censor program is automated and "No programmed by humans" still makes no sense. It doesn't take a genius to realize that we haven't created reliable AI that does that yet :3

Ghazter1 votesNo, all I was pointing out is what you said was confusing and didn't make your point as clearly as something like, say, "The censor program is programmed to find words to censor" rather than saying it isn't programmed at all. If you've ever coded anything you would probably understand that you still have to program it to go find things automatically, like how many times it comes up or what words it was used with, context, ect. There's a lot that goes into something like that to make it even close to finding its own words. A human had to code that whole thing.
All of it. The only thing that the program does by itself is carry out the programming. It won't add new lines of code, the only thing it will add is the words to censor (and possibly some contextual stuff if it's built that way) which ultimately end up simply as strings and variables to use, like a keyboardist typing "file001" in the search bar. This shouldn't be a big problem, but I find it utterly hilarious that you missed my purpose by so much and actually bothered to counter-argue it.
I'm not going to comment on this anymore unless you come up with something that I need to know or that breaks my argument (because I do really want to understand this a bit better, I never really thought about the censor bot much).
