cant get a normal ranked game any more, even with the set system... everyone wants to trade. or lane with thier friend... .if they cant they ruin the game for the rest of the people..... why cant these trolls be banned.... if they dont talk it goes on... but if they people asking them to stop or yelling at them for feeding... they get reported.... this is a flawed system

lane taking in draft mode without consent is punished.

and being reported alone won't get you punished. the reports only will get you punished if those reports were valid. (I.E, you were toxic)
