I was banned on April 2015 , that mean 3 years from now because of behavior problems , I created another account and got last season lvl 5 honor and this one I'm currently at lvl 4 , I think that I'm reformed and I miss my old account which I had so many rare skins .. ect , I didn't receive any ban or chat restrictions on the new account , so what do you think ? well congrats on your new accounts :) sadly permabans are just that, permanent bans. if it was banned justly it almost def won't be unbanned. you can try submitting a ticket....

Don't mind what everyone else here says because most of them don't know what they're talking about. As long as you haven't said something seriously out of place such as (the n word or kys) then it is possible to revert a permanent ban if you exlaim your willingness to improve, tell them what went wrong, and how you can fix it in the future.
Also this is one of the reasons it's called a pemanent suspension, since the account is suspended it is still possible to regain access with reform.
There is a reform system to get un perma'ed. Dont listen to the people who say you cant get un perma banned. I know people who have gotten their accounts from a permaban to a 14 day after waiting 1 week.

One thing to consider... are you even sure that permabanning targets accounts - and not players?
Because I would assume that they ban all accounts of a player when it gets so bad that a permaban is required.
And in that case maybe making a post on the offical forums (outright telling them that a permabanned player has a new account) might not turn out to be the best move?
Probably not. If you were banned for toxicity, you won't get that old account back.
