Download - LoL VO Changer

So today, after a normal game to have fun, I was suddenly encountered with the message "this account has been permanently banned". I went to my email and it said I have been using a third party malicious system during gameplay. As soon as I saw this, I felt so angry and simply didn't understand what I did wrong. I never used scripting of any sorts, and was never related with boosting systems. All I remember was since I am Korean, I wanted to change my NA client in-game voice to a Korean announcer. I downloaded this VO changer that I found in google, and that is the only thing that could have "altered the client" (I put the link). But the thing is that after downloading this VO changer app my client got massively slow and lagged in games, so I reinstalled the client, and started playing again. It's been about two-three weeks since I've re-installed my client. I really can't understand my permanent suspension. Maybe riot was suspicious of my lucky 9 game win streak, since I am about to hit Diamond V. And they checked my account and saw the VO changer altering my client and viewed it as a scripting app or something. I am a summoner who have played since 2012 on this account, and the dedication and loyalty to League of Legends I've had suddenly vanished into dust. I am just really frustrated and I did email them, but many people on google say that once an account gets permanently banned, it is extremely rare it gets unbanned. I never grief, and I never troll on purpose, and I am extremely rarely toxic, so the VO changer has to be the reason why they thought it as a malicious software, but it is really not my fault. It is the creator of the app that should be punished. Just putting some words out there so a Riot person can see and help me out... so sad right now...

I wish I had better news for you but, sadly, third party programs that interfere with League in any way are always a risky proposition, as the Terms of Use explicitly prohibit altering or tampering with League's code. While Riot has said a few custom skin programs are acceptable, that statement comes with a constant warning that rules can change at any time, and that if a program does more than it suggests then you may still be punished for tampering that was unintentional or even unknown.

I don't think they will overturn the ban as, whether you intended to or not, it definitely sounds like you were using a third party app that interfaces with League itself while the game is running. I'm really sorry about that, but Riot is pretty hardline about 3rd party program violations. :(

Like Djinn said, 3rd party software can be an iffy subject. If you truly believe this ban was done in error, I highly advise you write a ticket to support for a possible re-evaluation of your account status. I can't tell you it will be reversed, but it doesn't hurt to try.

Greetings. Upon discussion with the appropriate folks in Player Support, your account was not suspended for any other applications other than explicit applications that provide inherent gameplay advantages. As such, your account will remain permanently suspended. If you would like to continue playing the game, you will need to remove any scripting applications from your computer and start anew. If you have any questions, please direct them to Player Support via ticket.
