Every ranked game I go to.. theres always toxic players. Either just because they are ranked silver and just because they are silver means that they can be toxic. I just started ranked a few weeks ago and I've really not been getting into league now that this is happening to me and me only.. I need some help.. and this is really weird to me.

You can do what I do and apoligize for being crap at the game (Not saying you are, this is just what I do since it's true and I genuinly feel bad for 'ruining' peoples games) or you can just mute them and hope Riot doesn't decide to punish you for not doing what the team tells you like I did.
There's always the F it option where you just join the ranks of toxic players. They seem to be the ones setting the community standards so why not do what they do and not get punished for it. When in Rome, do as the Romans do to not get a chat restriction.
kill violet1 votesI'll tell you what they say to me (this is the latest game i was playing) 'jhin wtf are u building loser' 'report jhin for being afk at spawn' (which I wasn't) 'lmao jhin delete the game and get a life u kid' I muted them but I always have that feeling after muting them... I say to myself 'I know that they are still talking about me' My little brother he is 11 (I Know league is supposed to be 13+ game but he can handle these games) he was playing as yasuo.. he was building right.. He was building crit.. runes: 9x greater attack damage 9x seal of armor and etc. But at the 20'th minute he was crying.. I told him what happened, he said that 'They told me to kill myself and get a life and quit league'. Games can be pretty dangerous.
RedTao1 votesGames themselves are not the dangerous things, it's just the people on them. I can't really say much about these kinds of players. There's quite literally no way to get rid of them. Ban is no punishment considering these players just make new ones and keep playing so they honestly see no reason to change their behavior. Me personally, I get called the most toxic player in the game without even trying. I don't know what it is but the majority of players that play this game are just jerks who, while trash talking their own team, also get offended over almost anything they feel they can be offended by. Regardless if they were involved in the comments being made or not.
There's not much that can done since these players are the ones creating the 'community standards'. My suggestion would be to just do what you've been doing and try to play with people you know more. The more people you play with that you know and know aren't jerks, the better off you'd be. Even if it's someone in your friends list that you never talk to. They made your friends list for a reason. I would also tell your brother to do this to. Friend the players he likes, mute the ones being jerks, and try to play with the people in the friends list.
If you want, you can send me a thing if you want to play with. I don't trash talk at all (If anything I apoligize too much) but I'm not an unreasonable person. Send me your brothers username too. I don't mind playing with people as long as they act like decent people.
