Banned for being rusty

Hadn't played league in a while, decided to play a game or two to see how things are. Lose to a katarina mid lane because I was unaware of the rework and of course nobody on my team helps me, just trash me for being a noob etc. Other team and my team are flaming me and tell me I'm garbage with karma and one of them ends up doing a 1v1 vs me as karma and inviting all the other players. Being a good sport, I obliged and almost won, I missed a q at the end and he ended up killing me. They all start talking trash on me and then left; I left about 15 seconds after, once I loaded out of the game it told me my "recent behavior" was unacceptable and I was permanently banned. It's kind of absurd that I can get punished because these guys wanted to gang up on me. Also there's the fact that this was my 2nd game in months, so I don't know how "recent" it really is.

It sounds like it might have been a punishment based on chat, not on gameplay. Did you receive any sort of chatlog showing your chat for one or more games?

I seriously doubt you were banned for performing poorly. What exactly were you told? Did you get your chat logs with your ban notification?

Did you say anything back to them? You wouldn't be banned on your gameplay, but chat

I didn't even say anything in the 1v1 besides gg, the game where they harassed me I didn't insult them, they attacked me because I was tilting

Have a sneaking feeling that the chat logs might be more informative as to why the ban took place.
