perm banned for toxic behavior

so i understand by all means that the language i was using was not tolerated or appropriate, but when the other team is taking digs at me and start with me I'm the one who gets banned for it. I get emailed the chat that was considered toxic and i remember the game it was that i was playing in, and at the end of the game i know they said in chat to report me for playing master Yi so because of this, just playing a champion i get reported. In any case how is this even fair i would sincerely like to talk to a riot employee about my case because i do not believe that this is fair at all. Also the first time i got banned was because my friends were jokingly reporting me for toxic behavior to harass me which i have proof of if need be. So anyway to just end this i would like to talk to someone that is connected to riot and deals with this to have some closure, I'm also not happy about this since i just spent about $50-60 dollars on skins last night that i will now not ever be able to use again and its not like ill get a refund for the time and money I've spent on the game.

You don't get banned for playing a champion. You don't get punished for not playing the meta. Its your language that drove it. If you have friends that reported you for using toxic language, even jokingly, then it would get punished. Especially if you have other games that you were reported for that also came up at the same time.

Other people violating the rules... does not mean you have license to violate the rules as well.

If you're a toxic player, you will be punished. It is very simple. I am not for people promoting their own posts towards a situation others can't contribute on. Attached is a screenshot of the OP asking for help from people who can't contribute to this post. The only contribution I can see is "bias" towards his side.

Because there is always two sides to a story, the only other way to help you is for Riot to further look into this. Anyways, I wish you the best of luck and have a good day sir. As I said, here is the attached screenshot:
