Account got permanent ban. Whatever. I'm over it - so all you fiends who want to comment about getting banned take it elsewhere.

After my account go deleted, I wanted to go back to delete my credit card information and so forth on my account from the purchasing page after you log in.

EXCEPT I CANT LOG IN.

Upon permanent ban, you log into the client like normal and the main menu will appear (the one with recent news etc) and will have your chat log over top everything, where it forces you to click I agree to being permanently banned. After clicking I agree it automatically shuts down the program, not allowing you to do anything with the account.

Riot states on their webpage (about account deactivation) that they recommend deleting any payment information to prevent anything from happening. Probably someone hacking and account and having access to the credit card. Seeing as I cannot log in to delete my information, I cannot protect myself.

Riot will being getting a nice letter in the mail.

what's wrong with this world? Get perma banned due to ones own behavior - threatens sue on something irrelevant to get revenge

its credit card information dude. I'm 100% certain you can be the worst player in the world, and riot will still care about you credit card information not getting out.

Just send a ticket, i'm sure there isn't any trace of the information. But just send a ticket saying you're worried about your information, and they'll get back to you.

no need to threaten sue...

Card info is only stored on your personal computer, if you log in from another computer, it won't appear.

Quiet the hell down and accept your ban.

Reading the FAQ, I'm fairly certain that this is only for those who manually request Riot to deactivate their account. I don't think this is applicable to those who were permanently banned for disciplinary reasons, though I could be wrong.

Im pretty sure they have a way of deleting all of that info themselves when you get perma banned, they probably thought of that ahead of time. But nice try though, I give you credit for your effort. Sorry to say, there's really no way to can try to get back at them, so you're gonna have to just deal with it and cry in the corner.

That nice letter will give them a few laughs though.

Never seen someone make a thread about credit card info after a perma ban and be so clueless about how the information works.. did your mommy and daddy want you to delete their credit card info? Better have them call Riot, I don't think your name is under the credit card holder name.

As far as i know permaban accounts get wiped of any and all information, so im sure they wiped any information they had of your credit card. not sure why you feel like you need to sue them unless you know for a fact they are keeping your information!
