So these guy whos called <removed by moderation> and i reported him, for troling and feeding,then he report me for toxic bcs i said to him that he should KYS FOR PICKING THAT, and now u tell me guys what is fcking worse, I GOT BANNED NOT HIM.I mean come on i mean,these a game where riot is fcking everyone over except the ones who trol but no if u trol in lower elo ur OK!COMe on guys pls ban these Janna jungle player.......I have been playing since the beta,back then there where no trolers just shitttalkers,PLEASE BAN THEse man so he learns a thing or 2.U can find the proff in the game where i was mundo and he was janna jungle,rember <removed by moderation>.

He's allowed to play whatever champion he wants.

You're never allowed to tell someone to kill themselves just because you're unhappy with their choice/opinion.

But that singed supp with smite got banned, same with nunu supp with smite a while ago Shouldn't be bannable if ur teammates doesnt agree with ur pick but still pick it?

Those did not get banned, but it was a lock that was removed after they discussed with Support. Further, those were completely separate issues than this - those players were attempting to redefine their assigned role (they were assigned support but spent almost no time in lane). If someone plays jungle, spends their time in jungle, and just wants to play a different champion on that, it’s not bannable.

And no, it should never be bannable for someone to not want to be bossed around by their teammates.

I can't find the source, but im pretty sure riot wrote something in lines of 'You can play anything you want as long as ur teammates are okay with it' So basically if my teammates doesn't want me to play, lets say, yasuo supp, but I still pick it, its bannable offense, cuz thats GRIEFING Picking janna jungle is equal to trolling, janna cant nor never will be viable jg pick, thats putting ur teammates at disadvantage, and if he did it intentionally, he deserves to be flamed, cuz thats just dick behaviour but then again, riot defends those assholes so nothing we can to i guess

It’s not that - they wrote that but it was misinterpreted so they later clarified. The actual stance:

Anyone can play anything they want to, regardless of meta, non-meta, champion, role, etc - so long as they communicate with their team and play their assigned role in draft pick.

Your opinion as to its viability does not factor in here. It is not griefing to not obey your team’s demands in champion selection. They’re allowed to play any champion they want.

Name and shame is against the board rules. Please take the other player's name out of your post.
Off meta, in and of itself, is not bannable.
Other players' behavior does not excuse your own. Your ban does not mean the other player won't also be punished.
Post your chat logs. I've seen too many people lie about or ignore their own problems to simply accept you are blameless in this situation.

His report was valid, yours was not. You get banned, he does not. Plain and simple.

Unfortunately the way the system is set up, inting is basically unpunishable (as we saw from the 0% winrate tahm kench cases). So you can't flame or you will get banned

Inting does get punished once detected. Just some cases are harder to detect. You know why the Tahm cases are unique? Because unless they are being glaringly obvious, like 6 tears/boots, it could be hard to tell. There is a small, albeit small, chance that they simply suck as Tahm.

How would they improve that detection system? If you have a 0% wr after x number of matches ban for inting/trolling? What if, and am doing it in normals for the example, I am trying to learn a high skill ceiling champ? What if my team is unable to carry me for say 20 games as I try to understand the limits and power of this champ/make bad choices (like miscalculating heal from Triumph over tower damage for a dive)?

Inting is punishable, they just try to limit false positives.

I think the issue of false positives could be sorted out through tickets. Also we are talking about ranked solo Q. If someone goes 0 for 20 on a champ in ranked solo Q then they deserve the ban hammer. Full stop. There is literally no explanation that would justify that
