Ragequits?

So far since I came back from tons of homework because of school life I've seen too many rage quits in back to back games. I've played 2 MF games today with with 5 DC's because they fed 4+ kills. Yet these people will just get back on their accounts and probably not get any punishments for dc'ing the game and making it worse for everyone else on the team.
