Can you get rid of previous suspensions?

Ok, so, last season, in September I got suspended for 14 days on my account because I'm really dumb and I replied to toxicity with toxicity. And because I'm too stubborn to learn from my own mistakes I got suspended again and it was just lifted yesterday. Now my questions are: Do these suspensions remain recorded on my account forever so at my next bad move I get permaban ?

Do I have a chance to still get my rewards at the end of the season?

Can I still get reported if I don't talk in chat at all ? The thing is I really don't want to lose my account after paying A LOT.

Evidently you can :)

The punishment system goes like this:

10 game chat restrict 25 game chat restrict 14 day ban Permaban

The fact that you have gotten 2 14 day bans is because you showed the system consistently improved behaviour. The system then 'lowered' your suspension level such that you'd get another 14 day ban.

Had you shown even more good behaviour you would have been lowered even further.

The system lowers you once it's confident that you have improved. This takes ALOT of games with good behaviour. Being lightly toxic in your games doesn't necessarily mean you'll be punished (but you can be), but you won't get lowered either.

QUICK EDIT:

Can I still get reported if I don't talk in chat at all ?

You can get reported, but reports don't mean anything for the system. It checks if you were toxic everytime you get reported, but if you werent toxic the report will just be ignored.

QUICK EDIT 2:

Yes, if you get your honor level up to atleast 2.

Seasonal rewards are awarded from seasonal honor and seasonal rank.

They reset everyone's honor and the best of us and the worst of us are in the same boat. We all need to be honorable this season to get this season's rewards.

Last season, they said that only those people who got 14 day banned during the last 3 months or were in dishonorable at the end of the season were the ones who were ineligible.

As for the 14 day ban, Tantram has said that you can go back down the escalation path and get back down to chat restrictions, but that takes on average 3 months for the average player with a 14 day ban to get out of dishonorable. Your climb out of dishonorable may be shorter or may be faster. Being dishonorable and having gone down the escalation path isn't necessarily the same and I don't have any red posts to quote but because there is no information about whether they are the same or not, I am going to treat them differently until I read otherwise.

How long it takes to go down tiers, I'm guessing, is the same as getting back into honorable. I have only seen people complain they get permbanned after getting honors in various games and say they're clearly reformed... but when asked about what rank they are in honor, they're still honor 0.
