I got a chat restriction from a game with a very toxic Urgot who somehow turned my teammates against me. Even in my summary of the chat that got me restricted it literally shows me being a positive teammate and even when Urgot was being cruel, it shows that I kept my cool and wasn't toxic back. What can I do about this?

Most of this chat log is just constant complaining about a person on your team. It's worsening an already negative game environment and providing no benefit. It's not going to stop their behavior, and it makes the experience worse for everyone else.

A single mention of the problem followed by muting the player in question would have been appropriate, but this gets to the point to harassment.

Hmm.. looks mild overall, but mild toxicity over many games will still get you punished.

Take it easy on asking for reports, it's not necessary as 1 report is enough to flag the system to review the player for toxicity. Multiple reports don't do anything to speed up the punishment of someone's behavior.

Also feeding in itself is not a punishable offense. Intentional feeding is and it is rare to see people truly int.
