Riot Please ban This guy

Like in a ranked game i had a really good top laner in the beggining he didnt help me on gromp so i gone to top lane to get level 2...... he rage by me taking level 2 so he decided to troll all the 24 minutes long . He was flaming and saying that all the team mates were noobs then he start runing down top. the run down mid. and then run down bot. at the end he was 0/28/3. Pls he is worst then Tyler1
