Please do not pretend to Troll or "pretend" to be Toxic

So as soon as champ select starts, the Jihn is already claiming that he'll basically lose us the game and is acting unnecessarily aggressive. I'm hoping he's joking but judging from his aggressive behavior and his Teemo pick with Smite/teleport I'm a bit worried. Anyways, one of the players bans Teemo which causes continued aggression from the troll. At this point, he's already wasted a ban but even so continues to act like a toxic troll. I'm first pick support and I'm thinking that if I adc then maybe we'll at least have a chance at winning since a support with no adc is basically useless so I lock in Caitlyn. Of course he decides to lock in Jihn and then says he'll report me for stealing his lane... Everyone is against him thankfully and fortunately someone dodges last second.

Unfortunately, he'll probably be unpunished and continue this kind of behavior in future games (Oh, and this was ranked btw so that person lost lp). I understand joking about stuff (I've call jungle in ARAM before) but there's no reason to ever pretend to be toxic (being rude is rude even if "it's a joke") and no reason to pretend to troll (because misunderstandings can have consequences).

Edit: Wait, did they remove support ticket reports? Wow. If so, this kid is truly getting off easy.
