When i report someone can they see the comment if they get banned?

The description you put in the report? No. When you get punished you'll get a reform card that shows your own recent chat logs that contributed to your punishment (for verbal abuse reports), nothing more.

I don't know, but probably not. They will get an email telling them what they got banned for though.
