he hasn't flamed since then :( this once he has repeated someone and been given a permanent ban :( it sucks so bad
Kei1432 votesOn average it takes 9 months of playing to get a clean account from 14 day ban. If he plays alot, it will take less time. If he doesn't play much, it will take longer than that.
That said, get your friend to submit a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and request for a manual re-review of the punishment. No guarantees on whether they will revert the punishment.
