Recover stuff on your banned account?
Am I able to recover my champions and skins from my permanently banned account? I have spent $250 worth of rp and I dont want it to go to waste. I want my stuff back onto another account.

2.2. What happens if my account is terminated? (No LoL for you.) If your account is terminated, you’ll no longer have access to it, including any of the associated data or content (e.g., champions, skins, Riot Points, etc.). We also reserve the right to terminate any other accounts you may have created, as well as your access to any other Riot Services (also without any refunds or liability to you).

Unfortunately, no you may not get the purchases transferred to another account. Zombie Gerbil's post citing the ToU is accurate.

Nope. It's all in the ToU of the game, that you are just "borrowing" it from RIot. They own all the content on your account so when it's banned, it's gone.
