My advice, if you're sincere about wanting to reform, is to not respond to people who try to antagonize you. Don't go out of your way to call someone bad, just play the game. It takes more effort to be negative than neutral and once your suspension is up, you might find that games are more enjoyable that way.

Deep Terror Nami8 votesWe can't really 'help', probably not in the sense that you want. We can explain what was likely wrong with your behavior from looking at your chat logs (which is why I requested them), and we can explain how the punishment system works.
Punishment is done in 4 tiers;
- 10 game chat restriction
- 25 game chat restriction
- 14 day account ban
- Permanent account ban
Typically you move up one step each time you are punished, but extreme behavior can result in skipping steps. If you think you were punished unfairly, either by skipping steps or being punished at all for your behavior, you can contest your ban through a Support Ticket.

Not exactly sure what you think Riot is lying about since all you did was admit that you were negative and then gave us a little preview of what you look like when you get negative. If you want to say there was some mistake with your punishment, post your logs or submit a support ticket to ask them to review the case. Raging here isn't going to get you anywhere.

But a bad game, of any level, is no call for flaming. To say "everybody does it" is completely wrong when majority of games I've played haven't had it, regardless of whether someone was having a bad game or not. So, since majority of players aren't doing it, I don't think "everybody does it" really fits.
Have you raged? learn to control your temper. It helps not just in the game but in life in general.

I said it wasnt right but i dont think he should have skipped 2 punishment tiers based of one bad game that honestly isnt worse then what i see once every 20 games or so. He didnt use racial or homophobic slurs and didnt wish for any of them to get cancer or something. I dont condone his actions but i think a 10 day chatrestriction would have been enough.
Maybe to er is human better explains my stance. I dont mean you should behave like this everytime everything goes wrong , i mean that everyone has that one game out of the 1000 games he played where he let himself go. Even yourself had one. It being a botgame doesnt change the fact that you let your emotions got the better of you that one game. And i think having this one spat is more excusable then those million of guys that say report.... just because someone went 0/3 in lane or missing a smite almost every game.

Saying that people get angry sometimes is no excuse to say "Oh, well people get angry, so it's fine to let them do whatever they want when they are angry." That's bullshit. Get angry, do stupid stuff, go for it. And then pay the consequences. That's how things work, you do something stupid and then you pay for it sometime later.
I haven't seen what this person said, besides the comment from a rioter that his insults got increasingly worse and a single example was given. Link me to it if the chat log was posted, but otherwise I sincerely doubt that a couple comments about calling someone 10 and then 7 years old would get a ban like that, it sounds much more like an example of his behavior in that game.
