RIOT BANNED ME. I was playing for a long time. Never flamed. I was just having fun, and then they banned me for hack. Come on. Why I will spend 2 years of playing ranked, and then I will start play with hacks. Please RIOT change the system and change your persons who control the bans. If I was wanting to play with 3rd party programs, I will do it with new acc, to test the hacks. Why I will play with it on my main acc?
A lot of those programs, to my knowledge, interact with the client whether they're active or not, so using your account on a hacked machine can (again, to my knowledge) cause a flag even if it's not the active account.
Additionally, Riot is very good at associating accounts to a single user.
Regardless, none of us will be able to help you. Your only chance is to contact Riot Player Support, who can take a second look into the case to confirm their data is correct. If it is there is, unfortunately, nothing you or any of us will be able to do. Riot is VERY thorough about their 3rd party software detection.
Keep in mind, things like custom skin are 'use at your own risk'. If the skin changer interacts with the client (seeing inside FoW), provides an advantage (visible hitboxes) or allows use of official skins, there's a very good chance you'll run into a 3rd party ban.
Even if you don't use the banned features, having it on your computer is a high risk factor towards getting banned.
Did you use forbidden software to get unfair advantage, right?

Skin changers only need turn Twitch BRIGHT RED and it's an unfair advantage because you can't miss it when he turns up.
