Can we please get a bigger limit on the report info?

Hello, im a fellow summoner who just wants to have good games, yet im faced with people who doesn't deserve to play this game at all. This stems from someone Int feeding over something ridiculous happening in preselect like their champion accidentally getting banned from a teammate. Or someone who Int let an enemy team win because they feel like its a hopeless game to win and want it over already but allies wont surrender or angry at teammates over silly reasons that happened throughout the game, like KillSteal, or leaving team fights you could have won cause they were scared of dying, or especially in most cases a person who having a bad game an have an highly negative K/D/A. An another equally annoying negative experience is when sometimes someone who feels like waking up in the morning and desires to troll by taking smite and following our jungle around while stealing jungle camps. Tho point im trying to make is that this game has a lot of things that can make a bad experience an the only way to defend our self's is to report the individual, an the system we have to do so is great but i feel as if the description to go along with the file is very short an not enough for me to convey my feeling as to of why this happened an why (he or she) needs to be executed(figuratively). So can we please get an extension on the description of a report file so i can confidently convey my feelings.
