Send Riot a support ticket, it's either an error or the in-game chat wasn't the real reason why you were banned. We've had a case or two where someone had very little on their card because they were banned for pre/post game chat (which doesn't show up in the card).
Edit: Nvm, I took a look at your match history. You have a ton of intentional feeding games. Likely was a manual one and they just had the system send whatever you had for chat.

This account deserves a permaban if you ask me. That is an obviously bot leveled account that was purchased. There are 100+ games with scores of ~1/15/1 that all have this build

the IFS does scan both pre and post. It just can't put the logs on the report card.
