Send Riot a support ticket, it's either an error or the in-game chat wasn't the real reason why you were banned. We've had a case or two where someone had very little on their card because they were banned for pre/post game chat (which doesn't show up in the card).

Edit: Nvm, I took a look at your match history. You have a ton of intentional feeding games. Likely was a manual one and they just had the system send whatever you had for chat.

If you look at his account history from 2/17/2018 on back, I think there's a pretty consistent trend. It's sad he was able to play this many games the way he has.

This account deserves a permaban if you ask me. That is an obviously bot leveled account that was purchased. There are 100+ games with scores of ~1/15/1 that all have this build item 1001 item 1038
