Permanently Banned.....Why

So i quit playing LOL for a while then come back to it and I'm permanently banned. It won't even let me log in just says this account has been permanently banned. Then it says to check my email for more information which I've done and I've also checked my spam folder to make sure i still haven't missed it. Pretty sure the last game I played was a Aram and I always finish these games so pretty sure it's not because of me leaving match and i also don't really chat so language is not a problem either. I've submitted a ticket but I'm not getting an answer yet. If you guys can give me any kind of input that would be great. Wondering if I should just delete the game to free up some space or if it's just some error. Thanks for any helpful input too.

But again, why are you telling people to buy overwatch and not some free game? Also, its not like u cant play both if u want. I have HOTS, OW, WOW,LOL, Fallout 4, Skyrim SE... And its not like i have to quit one to play another.

They are postpobing game development to battle flamers. They want to make OW more inclusive, safe space. They are working on system similar to Riots.

Well as you can see they do care. They are halting game development until they deal with chat toxicity. If u paid attention to OW forums you would see how many complaints there are about toxic chat.

I'm really considering deleting the game. I don't mean to sound like an a-hole but I've long wait times just to get my log in straighten out. Not once but a few times. This is just icing on cake right now. If this doesn't get figured out in a timely manner then I'm just going to have to stick with Smite. Not as great but it passes the time.

Also overwatch does sound nice right about now.

The report system of overwatch is getting up cracked up. League was toxic but others games too.

What exactly does it say when you log in. You may have been banned due to security reasons (They suspect that your account has been stolen).

EDIT: It's worth noting that if this is the case, you can get your account back by giving all information Riot asks for.

No email was sent. So that's all I have to go on. Then again it is a yahoo email XD

Yea at this point in my life I work a lot so not that much time for gaming. Like I said before this isn't the first time I've had problems (to many for my liking) and with my schedule I don't want to waste time trying to find out why my account is banned or why I can't log in. It's fine if it happens every now and then (talking about log in problems) but not so much to the point by the time I've resolved the issue I'm already back to work. This is a big reason I'm just considering deleting the game.

Back of the queue? Bro put me in the front. XD Yeah I guess I'm just tired of having problems with riot but i try to look at it from every perspective. I could be having the same problems with any game. Tired of the wait also.

This does sound like one of the security reason bans. They say the exact same things when you try to log in as the other non-toxicity bans. The only difference is that they do not offer up a Reform Card with any of the chat logs, or reasons for why you were banned. Any of the in-game bans will tell you why you were banned on the pop-up. So, if it wasn't listed when you tried to log in, it isn't for anything like toxicity, inting, etc. Usually Support will get back to you within 24 hours (48 max) and will ask you some questions to verify that you are indeed the owner of the account, and they will go from there. It's not too hard to assure them that you own it, and they can unlock it for you, and direct you on how to make it more secure. They may recommend that you change the password on the email account associated with your League account as well, just for security reasons.

I've herd others who have been in your situation it can be less then 24 hours to up to a day or two just depends on how backed up they are. I am sure they will get to you asap I understand the frustration on waiting when you actually want to do something good luck man

I've been there with the schedule thing to my active duty days and more recently with college and trying to speed up the process to get my teaching degree.

if your account was banned past your email account's spam clearing time, then you may have missed it. if your account was banned recently then you might have a chance at scouring your folders to find it.

if not try asking support in a ticket
