Permanently Banned.....Why

So i quit playing LOL for a while then come back to it and I'm permanently banned. It won't even let me log in just says this account has been permanently banned. Then it says to check my email for more information which I've done and I've also checked my spam folder to make sure i still haven't missed it. Pretty sure the last game I played was a Aram and I always finish these games so pretty sure it's not because of me leaving match and i also don't really chat so language is not a problem either. I've submitted a ticket but I'm not getting an answer yet. If you guys can give me any kind of input that would be great. Wondering if I should just delete the game to free up some space or if it's just some error. Thanks for any helpful input too.

What exactly does it say when you log in. You may have been banned due to security reasons (They suspect that your account has been stolen).

EDIT: It's worth noting that if this is the case, you can get your account back by giving all information Riot asks for.

Since they are bickering over another game it's probably a security issue just submit a ticket

I've herd others who have been in your situation it can be less then 24 hours to up to a day or two just depends on how backed up they are. I am sure they will get to you asap I understand the frustration on waiting when you actually want to do something good luck man

I've been there with the schedule thing to my active duty days and more recently with college and trying to speed up the process to get my teaching degree.

if your account was banned past your email account's spam clearing time, then you may have missed it. if your account was banned recently then you might have a chance at scouring your folders to find it.

if not try asking support in a ticket
