Retarded chat ban system
Im actually pissed at league for giving me a 10 game ban k. I legit got banned for putting some people in there place.. Wtf riot.

You are a user, not an admin. It is not your place to put anyone in their place. Your punishment is riot putting you in your place.

You talked so much in team chat and all chat instead of playing, your support was 2 levels ahead of you for the majority of the game.
PS: if you have any shame, you shouldn't give item build advice to enemy who is clearly better than you while you are dying to him over and over again.

Here is how you should think of chat bans/ temp bans
Think of them as a wake up call to cool off for a while.. Go play another game for a month or even two.
Come back.. your account will still be here and you will see things differently.
