Getting bored of waiting

Wrote a post about me not being able to use hextech crafting because of a previous ban, its now been two months since my ban and i still cant use it, ive been getting honoured nearly every game i play and haven't gone afk or abandoned games but i still have got it back, i want to unlock level 6 on brand but i cant. Really just wish they would fix it for me.
