First 14 Day Ban :) Need help pls ty

I just got 14 Days banned for semi-flaming a troll Renekton who went 1/14. What the hell am I suppose to do in these situations? I camped his lane and put up with his crap because I was trying to reform, but no it fired back at me when he said I didn't gank him 3 MINUTES IN.

Do you guys know what I can do, because when ever I type anything to either give advice or tell people to do something they cry and say its not their fault. Is this the life of a jungler? Is that why nearly every jungler I have played with is as toxic as me? Should I just mute everyone when I'm unbanned and 1v9 or will this get me reported too for negative attitude or am I safe?

I kind of feel like the Renekton was a troll and was baiting me in so he could mass report me to get me banned as he was typing like a sperglord. Anyway if anyone was toxic and reformed just tell me what to do man for real. I am so used to flaming/bantering due to how I trash talk 24/7 in other games were no one gets offended easily (old HALO days and CS). Don't really want to get permad for flaming as its kind of a waste.

Another note on this rant, do trolls even get banned? I have had numerous trolls in my games and when ever I report them I never get the notification that they have been dealt with. It seems like typing or flaming in all chat will get you dealt with faster than any troll will ever get punished. Kind of makes me salty that some 10 year old can waste 50 minutes of my life and get away with it but if I spend 5 minutes trash talking someone for fun I get instantly dealt with.

I have a similar situation recently in regard to what you are dealing with. I was considered to be toxic for defending myself against two enemy teammates who verbally harassed me. Apparently it makes sense to a "support" member that defending yourself against toxic players is toxic in itself. This doesn't make sense to me as well because they will quickly ban you for making a simple remark yet these trolls continue to ruin other people's games. In a 2 minute window of me talking I claimed what I found to be true of MMR boosting with evidence for it. After calling them out and announcing I will be reporting them to try to play a hero role they continuously abused me in game. After claiming they need to get a life and I found them sad for going to lower elo's as well as trash talking people from that elo. I was considered again to be the toxic one and the verbal harassment went unnoticed by the support. They apparently want you to shut up and do nothing in cases of injustice.

Weird part is I see where you are coming from with the chat log discussion. Games are often littered with toxic players who only care about hurting others. Yet their report has no meaning because they didn't say anything in the chat? And everyone who tries to defend himself will get reported and banned. This doesn't make any sense to me either and my biggest advice is to just stay quiet most games which the support basically told me to do. They don't care about your experience, they don't care about other trolls who are ruining the game, and they just find the quickest way to deal with the issue pointing out vague chat logs without context claiming you are the problem.

When I sense that someone is toxic I mute them and their pings. Me knowing that they are trying to flame me and get a reaction, but can't because I can't see what they are typing makes me happier than getting worked up by responding to them. It's difficult to mute someone and not say anything back because no one wants to just stand aside, but people grow really big balls when they are behind a monitor and nothing will stop that.

The mute button is there for a reason, just use it and play the game. If they are toxic and just trolling, don't bother helping them in game. Just concentrate on your lane and do what you need to do to try and enjoy the game.

A quick update you can check my match history and see that the Renekton is still out there trolling in his games while I'm here dealing with a ban, tbh I guess I had it coming just hope Riot deals out some justice for me this time.
