Shaco players?

Why do they only farm jg and creep up to kills ppl during team fights then dies and says why is no one splitpushing. By the way why are some adc so passive that nothing happens in lane then the wave gets pushed in our tower dies then instead of pushing while 5 top they stand bot near tier1 tower doing nothing*[zombie-brand-mindblown]*
