Taking smite and jungle items stealing buffs of same team jungle from onset of game. A solution.

Limit teams to one smite. Jungle only. And make positions not only champs swappable.

First I would like to acknowledge that smite has legit uses to laners .. on hit true damage is nice and so are the built out jungle items. I've taken smite, done some counter jungling used them on drakes etc. I've been flamed to no end for it too despite not thieving from my jungle. However in an attempt to be relevant I've been jungling and had an issue where other players take smite and jungle items and steal my buffs from the get go and never go lane. The most insane part is other players have even defended this behavior in game . I looked into the profile of one of these players who trolled me multiple games same day and he really plays very well when hes not trolling. The problem is looking through his match history he does this quite a bit and has int feeder kda in most of the games where he does this. I don't understand why the player is even allowed to play. Regardless I believe the benefit of my proposal far outweighs the drawbacks of losing a second smite. While not impossible to steal a buff it at least makes it much harder. Do the coding work once to eliminate an behavioral issue equivalent to intentional feeding. It should be technically (in my completely ignorant mind) feasible since riot already accounts for player positions. What do you folks think? About the premise not the technical details.

the problem here is riot made by weaboos overlords who bans if you say shit but not if you troll

Player roles are not in some normal games. Additionally, this seems like clamping down on a lot of flexibility within the meta to secure objectives to stop a small number of players who will simply find another way to troll if they really want to.

What about the new keystone? The one that lets you swap summoner spells? Am I now barred from taking it with that too?

There can be some legitimate ideas and plays with smite in other roles as you have mentioned. It becomes more of a matter of determining intent.
