honestly you can't talk in general in this game hell even saying " muting team and pings GL HF GG" is considered toxic and yes as seen gets you a 14 day ban.. which I just got thank you .
Riot really needs a better definition of what is toxic and reportable and what is just frustration cause right now Basically using "CHAT" is considered toxic and reportable.

This isn't true, and you have zero legitimate evidence to back this up. Your concept basically falls under the idea of "Prisoner's Island", which Riot has pretty openly stated is a concept they have not and will not employ, since it runs counter to their ethos in handling toxicity.

I think he is on to something, when I go to 7-11 I end up running around smacking people AND GUESS WHAT?!?!??! Everytime I go to 7-11 there is always some asshat running around hitting people.
