I deserv the suspension, but why i cant see my friends on my other account?

You were punished for something and admit that you deserve it, yet you use another account to try to play during the time you are supposed to be prevented from playing the game?
Am I the only person who thinks there is a problem here?
Your suspension on this account shouldn't affect your other account, chances our it's an issue with the recent update try restarting the client or giving it a while since riot are still having issues with the update.
