I have a friend on league who wasn't the best player. but he recently payed some guy to boost him. His winrate spiked and he even got mastery 6 on a champ that the guy played. I would have been fine with it but instead he starts bragging about his elo. so I unfriended him kicked him from my club and told him to change his password and play his own games to get back in. He didn't stop. so I guess he needs his account banned to teach him.

What does it mean to boost?
That's the thing if I tell riot themselves they wont do anything about it. they'll say that they cant share account info with us which means they wont say if hes being boosted. but I ALREADY know hes being boosted he told me and even showed me the website. RIOT BAN HIM.
