Dishonorable

I got banned for flaming , yea I know I was tired but whatever. After my ban expired I had a lock on my honor level. I unlocked it after sometime but now I play league pretty well , didn't flame , and got at least 2 honors almost every game for like 1/2 weeks straight. And my checkpoint is still 0 out of 3. I hope its a bug , cause I had lots of matches in which I had all the honors from my team mates. I really am trying pretty hard to fix my past actions but nothing happens..
