This is all I said and I get a permaban?? Riot what? We had a kid pick Twisted Fate adc and was arguing that TF is an ADC and all I called him was dumb because 1 minute in our blitz missed a hook and he said he was inting and proceeds to go lane by lane feeding kills yet im the one who gets permabanned? This system is so flawed its actually ridiculous.

You're on a level 9 account. The TF was level 8. He might not know what he's doing yet.

So, one of two things are true: Either you spent an ENTIRE game harassing a new player for no good reason, or you spent an entire game feeding a troll. Either way, you fucked up royally.

Edit: And holy shit, if you're getting bans already on a level 9 account, you must be a class-A jackass.

The system isn't flawed. The system saw you consistently getting reported for negative behavior and found those reports to be true. Nothing flawed there. The only thing flawed is your view on what is acceptable behavior for Riot's game.

In this game specifically all you had to do was keep playing the game and not being a negative nancy towards others. Once the game was over, report the TF since he clearly declared he was inting in chat and move on to your next game. It's really as simple as that.

Also, it bears reminding that TF can be a good ADC when played and built properly too. I have done it many times on SR and ARAM. You chose to flame the TF into inting because you don't think TF should be anywhere else but mid lane. I get that because it makes sense since his Ult has a short range now compared to the old days, but his kit does fit into the botlane as well. It just means that adc TF can't really gank the top lane without a recall or spending a lot of time MIA.

Just my two cents.

30 messages, none of which actually seems to offer advice. If he doesn't want the advice, you just don't talk to him. Number of messages in a game affects if you get ban or not, low level accounts especially. Since you are clearly smurfing, just focus on yourself. I'm assuming your main is banned?

Was he Blatantly inting, was he running under tower? If he was trying to gank and being Complete trash then it's not bannable. If he was running under tower or generally just killing Himself without even trying to kill the enemy Eg: running into more than one enemy is either a complete idiot or Yes, bannable.

Tf adc is not a bannable offense, i for one encourage off meta builds Eg: full ad thresh, full ap galio, full health/ap tryndamere and i wish that there were more that actually worked

This was very well deserved.

Disagreeing is allowed, however, your choice of words in itself is not. You were repeadedly rude to him, Called out for reportings and tried to enforce your personal opinion as his playstyle, telling him what to do and what not to. If he was intentionally feeding, he will get his punishment, But you were being extremely rude and disrespectful to him and went with direct Insults to top it off. You can tell him he is wrong, but you can't tell him he is dumb for being wrong.

You have expressed toxicity that, albeit not worth a PERMANENT ban, is definetly worth a punishment. If it is perma ban, then the closest Thing we can assume is that you were struck with a punishment before and the perma was the chain reaction of the last available step of measure. Lighter toxicity doesn't get instantly permanently banned, but it does get perma-ban if you have had a 14 days before.

Conclusion, yes you deserved it.
