Please help! I was banned permanently banned for no reason.

I was banned from league of legends forever? I have no idea why; I read the email and they say its because I was using 3rd party malicious software?! I have never used cheats of any kind in LoL; and this makes me very sad because of all the time and money I have invested (all champions owned, and nearly a skin for each one) in LoL. I have been here since season 3 and this is heart shattering. I attempt to keep a positive attitude in most my matches (normally not achieving this, but still trying :P; and have never received a tribunal). It just frustrating because I finally started to climb ranks again (season 5 was my off season). Could this have occurred because of AMD Raptr, Logitech Gaming Software, R.A.T. Gaming Mouse Software, or maybe I virus on my computer I don't know of? I'm honestly about to have a mental breakdown.

These bans are due also to MMR boosting. Also if you were using MKLOL that would be a problem as well. You can also send in a ticket. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Let's look at your ranked stat for season 5 and season 6 (from lolking.net):

Season 5 (sorted by Performance): Annie: 66.7% Win Rate Blitzcrank: 70% Win Rate Vayne: 66.7% Win Rate

Season 6 (sorted by Performance): Graves: 71.4% Win Rate Kalista: 75% Win Rate Shen: : 71.4% Win Rate

The Win Rate between your top 3 champions of each season changes a lot.

dude exactly the same, haven't use any 3rd and never use it. Banned me yesterday already send ticket to riot. Holy shit, worst sheet ever.

do you account share? looks like you do. the person who you share accounts with probably uses 3rd party software if you really don't.

It isn't really a coincidence that a certain number of people every month fall into a different category of a certain type of ban. This time people fell into the 3rd party app ban wave.. Riot likes to ban in waves, not just one everytime they find an offence was committed.

3rd party APP could be anything from buying an account off a site that used a bot to level it to 30 etc.. Anything you aren't telling us mate?

I just don't get how -most- people have accounts in fine standing even after this wave, and then a -handful- of people come to the forums about their 3rd party ban. Theres something that all of you have in common with your ban and there is something that those who aren't banned have in common. You know what I am sayin?

Riot doesn't just have a system that randomly flags and perma bans people for viruses or gaming hardware, why would they? A virus on your computer that doesn't directly affect league of legends in any way wouldn't compromise their security or warrant you for a ban, same goes for any type of hardware. I believe Riot is smart enough to know difference between banning for someone not running an anti virus program(Innocent ban) and banning someone for something totally legit that was detected by their server security(Warranted ban)

It's automated enough though to find any changes in stats or packets sent to the server using advanced algorithms that we can't possibly fathom.
